People who share height and weight information make it easier to choose the right size. for example, i compared cotton, polyester and mixed fabrics for similar clothing items. it is always difficult to know which website is really trustworthy before you place an order.
if anyone is interested in real user experiences, i sometimes write short notes about the shops i test.
you can find one of the pages here:

if a website gives a detailed guide for measurements, i feel more confident when ordering. it makes it easier to compare with an old pair of glasses that already fits well. online shopping will always have a bit of risk, but experience makes it easier. many times i avoided a bad purchase just by reading a few careful comments. smaller shops can be surprisingly friendly if they care about repeat customers. of course shipping delays can happen, but good communication reduces stress. sometimes i still make mistakes with size, so a friendly exchange policy is very helpful.
just sharing my personal feedback.
